Filling out forms electronically vs completing them on paper is a lot easier and requires far fewer steps.

A completed form requires evidence that the client understands its contents and consents to its content.

A filled, e-signed form is considered to be 100% complete. It has everything we need.

A form that is signed on paper must:

1. Also be filled out again online (for tracking)
2. Signed by staff and "client" using a stand-in signature for the client ("x")
3. The paper version must be scanned
4. The scan of the paper version must be then uploaded to the consumer's online File Cabinet (located on the client's Face Sheet) to serve as evidence that the client did, in fact, sign.

Filling out forms online instead of on paper is a lot easier.
