The data quality handbook contains a copy of your required New User Agreement that you will need to complete and return to Eval. It also contains checklists of required ServicePoint (HMIS) trainings and instructions for how to complete these trainings online.

Once you've completed this course, here's a collection of training videos that review frequently asked questions or skills all Support Coordinators using Foothold need to know. Some of them are not bad. A lot of things there are from this course.

avalonstaff.com is our employee portal that is constantly being updated with things you may need such as forms, trainings, frequently used documents for both clients and staff, calendars, and more.
Our staff app contains a directory of all our staff, links to forms you may need, updated "on-call" list, and a community resource directory of more than 150 resources for clients in our community that **anybody** (including you) can add to or edit.
